Responsibilities

• Lead daily stewarding operations, maintaining high standards for sanitation, efficiency, and service.
• Ensure adequate supplies of clean china, glassware, silverware, and equipment for banquets and food and beverage outlets.
• Partner with the Food and Beverage Director on departmental budgets, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Manage storage, requisitions, and inventory of cleaning supplies and operating equipment.
• Monitor breakage, supply usage, and budget variances, recommending improvements.
• Maintain dishwashing and other stewarding equipment, coordinating repairs with maintenance.
• Implement departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards across resort outlets.
