Job summary

Central Missouri Community Action in Hermitage, MO, is seeking a Site Director/Family Success Coach to lead a Head Start childcare center and ensure a high-quality program that delivers Head Start services to families and children.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood (18 EC credits) and at least 2 years in the field, plus 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience with low-income families is preferred. CMCA offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or related field with 18 credit hours in Early Childhood.
• 2 years of work experience in the field of early childhood. Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prefer experience working with low-income families and children.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Head Start childcare center to ensure a quality center-based program.
• Serve as the center's liaison with the public and the local community and provide families with support services.
