Job summary

MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership is seeking a Head Start Site Coordinator to oversee the delivery of educational and family support services in HS/EHS centers. The role ensures adherence to Head Start standards, licensing requirements, and CACFP while supporting the Whole Family Approach.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, day shift, with year-round scheduling including two one-week layoffs and reduced summer hours.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience delivering comprehensive services to children from birth through age five and families.
• Knowledge of health, nutrition, family systems, early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Must be able to travel and conduct home visits.
• CPR/First Aid certification and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Head Start/EHS services to ensure quality education, health, nutrition, and family support.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards, licensing, CACFP and agency policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with partners and community.
• Support Whole Family Approach and continuous program operations.
