NACOG seeks a preschool instructor to guide development in social, physical, and cognitive skills. You will plan weekly lessons, supervise staff, complete required records, and maintain a safe classroom environment.

Responsibilities include health screenings, family conferences, and ensuring compliance with program standards while supporting diverse learners and collaborating with families and colleagues.

Qualificações

• CDA or state preschool certification appropriate to age group.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with experience teaching preschool.
• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field with experience teaching preschool.
• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with advanced coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Instructs children and facilitates developmentally appropriate activities.
• Develops and maintains trusting relationships with children and families.
• Implements weekly lesson plans for program compliance.
• Assigns duties to staff and monitors work.
• Completes paperwork to document program compliance.
• Cleans and prepares classrooms for safe learning.
• Regularly inspects playground and classrooms for safety.
• Conducts health screenings for Head Start children.
• Plans and conducts parent-teacher conferences to assess progress.
• Other related duties as assigned.
