Aufgaben

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children.
• Observe, assess, screen and document each child's growth and development.
• Maintain records for each child in individual folders/databases.
• Ensure services for children with special needs are provided.
• Maintain child safety and report accidents, health concerns and abuse/neglect.
• Prepare and maintain records and monthly reports; conduct parent conferences.
• Involve parents and the Parent Committee in educational planning sessions.
• Visit homes at least twice per program year; attend trainings and workshops.
• Assist in administrative duties as delegated by supervisors.
