Job summary

Bright Beginnings, Inc. is seeking the Associate Director of Learning and Impact to lead instructional leadership across Head Start and Early Head Start sites.

You will support high-quality infant and toddler teaching practices, provide coaching, and ensure developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive methods are implemented with fidelity. You will manage instructional coaches, develop data-driven professional development, and align efforts with Head Start Program Performance Standards.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Two years of experience implementing practice-based coaching in an ECE setting.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Windows-based programs; experience with Microsoft Office and ChildPlus preferred.

• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and hands-on support to teaching teams to ensure evidence-based practices.
• Implement coaching strategy with ongoing cycles to strengthen teacher capacity.
• Partner with educators to create data-driven professional development plans.
• Conduct classroom observations to assess quality and provide feedback.
• Lead data deep-dives to inform instructional strategies and improve outcomes.
