Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PDS documentation, transcripts, and proof of credentials required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop classroom staff and manage daily operations.
• Plan and implement literacy, phonemic awareness, and early literacy activities.
• Support social, emotional development and family involvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and timely developmental assessments and conferences.
• Conduct home visits and parent conferences.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment and accurate attendance records.
