Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• PDS documentation and transcripts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop classroom associates; manage day-to-day operations.
• Plan and implement learning experiences for developmental growth.
• Foster family involvement and relationships with children’s families.
• Use developmentally appropriate practices; support children with disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and timelines; document progress.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Lead in transitioning daily activities and maintaining a safe, clean classroom.
