Job summary

Guardians of Honor is seeking an experienced Grants Management professional to support the Office of Head Start in the Northeast. The role focuses on managing daily operations of multiple federal grants, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, and supervising project teams.

Travel to CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT, NY, NJ, and PA is required to provide expert guidance and partner with federal and grantee staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of grants management experience with Head Start context.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple federal grants management projects for Head Start.
• Develop SOPs, trainings, and QA procedures.
• Coordinate with Head Start Program Directors and stakeholders.
• Act as primary client-facing point of contact on federal contracts.
• Mentor team members and ensure deliverables meet standards.
