Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human development or early childhood is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to travel to program and home sites as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Complete family assessments to determine eligibility and plan actions.
• Enroll and engage families; support enrollment and family goals.
• Collaborate with staff to recruit, enroll and involve families in the program.
• Assist with development and implementation of activities that support child development.
• Coordinate with community resources for housing, transportation, and social services.
