Job summary

Sunrise Children’s Foundation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Family Advocate to implement family partnership and community collaboration for an Early Head Start center-based option. You will recruit and enroll children, support up to 40 families with goal setting, and assist with health screenings and required assessments.

The role involves coordinating with center staff, promoting parent involvement, and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain Family Resources Certification within designated timeframe.
• CPR/First Aid training to be acquired as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit underserved populations and determine eligibility.
• Maintain enrollment levels and fill vacancies.
• Coordinate with families to establish goals and access services.
• Document partnership efforts and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention for families.
