MNC Inspiring Success in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Family Services Specialist I under the supervision of the Family Services Manager. The role manages a caseload and coordinates with families, staff, and community resources to ensure eligibility, enrollment, attendance, health, and family engagement according to Head Start/EHS standards.
The position emphasizes recruitment, engagement, health and nutrition support, and collaborative planning with campus staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent English/Spanish.
Responsabilités
- Maintain compliance with Head Start/EHS regulations and PFCE framework.
- Lead family engagement activities and coordinate monthly campus meetings.
- Conduct outreach, enrollment verification, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with campus staff to develop family engagement plans and trainings.
- Provide and document family support services and follow-ups.
