Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults in human services or social work.
• Head Start experience preferred.
• Associate orBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a Head Start recruitment plan to achieve 100% enrollment and maintain a waiting list.
• Engage with families, parents/guardians, and community partners to provide advocacy and support services.
• Identify family goals, and connect them with needed services and skill-building opportunities.
• Manage community partnerships, service coordination, and program reporting.
• Contribute to the Y's mission and support children's development and school readiness.
