The role emphasizes advocacy, service coordination, and regular reporting to drive outcomes for economically disadvantaged children and their families.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Services or Social Work.
• Head Start experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree as listed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a Head Start recruitment plan to ensure 100% enrollment.
• Establish and maintain a waiting list and advocate for families.
• Develop community partnerships and coordinate services.
• Report on program activities and outcomes.
• Support families to enhance skills and meet child development goals.
