Job summary

Choosecolumbusga is seeking a dedicated manager to support Head Start family engagement services. You will plan and implement training for Head Start Parents and provide technical assistance to Family Services staff, ensuring adherence to performance standards.

You will monitor service delivery, develop improvement strategies, and prepare regular reports for leadership while collaborating with Center Managers and community organizations to enhance parent engagement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required.
• Minimum three years volunteering or work with children and low-income families.
• Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Parent Training plans for Head Start Centers.
• Provide training and technical assistance to Family Services staff.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with community organizations to plan Parent Training at Center level.
• Assist with enrollment plans and referral processes.
