Job summary

United Way Miami, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Family Engagement EHS CCP to oversee Head Start Family Engagement and ERSEA across our early childhood programs. You will lead and train Family Support Specialists, monitor enrollment and attendance, and ensure programs meet Head Start Performance Standards.

The role requires managing program data, developing partnerships with families, and delivering comprehensive support to children and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families in community-based programs serving parents and children.
• Knowledge of modern technology and ability to adapt quickly to new software, browsers, and systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to Family Support Specialists for Center-based Directors and Family Child Care Providers in Family Engagement, Advocacy, Community Partnerships, Enrollment, Recruitment, Eligibility, and Attendance (ERSEA).
• Develops systems for management and compliance of Family & Community Partnerships programs at Head Start sites.
• Reviews program files and provides constructive feedback to promote coordination and integration of Family Engagement and Community Partnerships.
