Job summary

Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers is seeking a Family Engagement Manager to provide leadership in family engagement and development, overseeing the implementation of key programs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have significant experience in family engagement or social services, with strong communication and organizational skills. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of family engagement or social services experience.
• Strong understanding of family engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Head Start PFCE Framework.
• Monitor Family Partnership documentation for compliance.
• Plan and coordinate family programming and community partnerships.

Skills

Strong understanding of Head Start PFCE Standards

Effective communication and facilitation skills

Organizational skills

Ability to analyze engagement data

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field

Master’s degree preferred
