Job summary

Upbring is seeking a Family Engagement Advocate to create and coordinate services for families. Your role involves supporting social services, assisting families in crisis, and promoting well-being. You will ensure compliance with Head Start standards and maintain data integrity.

This position requires strong advocacy skills and a background in social services. Ideal candidates will hold an Associate’s degree and have experience with child services.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree in a related field.
• One year of experience with Early Head Start and/or families.
• Willingness to obtain Family Development Credential within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enrollment levels per Head Start standards.
• Provide parent orientation regarding the enrollment process.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring and compliance with ERSEA standards.
• Conduct home visits and assist families with various needs.
• Ensure all data is accurate in the management system.
