Job summary

MAHUBE-OTWA invites applications for a Head Start Site Coordinator to supervise educational and family support services across HS/EHS centers in Becker and Mahnomen counties, MN.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers 40 hours/week with occasional travel within five counties and optional one day remote. You will ensure compliance with Head Start standards, licensing and agency policies while leading staff and partnering with families to empower children and communities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with families and staff.
• Knowledge of health, nutrition and developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Head Start services to ensure quality education, health, nutrition, and family support.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards, Minnesota licensing, and CACFP requirements.
• Lead staff and train parents and staff to support program goals.
• May travel within a five-county area; remote work up to one day/week.
