Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two weekly classroom observations and one home visit per teacher.
• Experience in instructional leadership and compliance monitoring required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing supervision and annual evaluations of teaching staff.
• Provide coaching and professional development to teaching teams.
