Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or higher with related coursework.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Health exam and background checks required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff, consultants, contractors, and volunteers protect children’s health and safety.
• Provide ongoing coaching on effective teaching aligned with Head Start framework.
• Monitor classroom environment and curricula for developmentally appropriate learning.
• Monitor compliance with CLASS: Pre‑K.
• Implement tools for screenings and ongoing child assessments.
• Engage parents in conferences and events.
• Maintain safety and documentation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
