Job summary

You Thrive Florida is seeking a full-time classroom assistant in Spring Hill, FL to support the teacher with daily operations and learning experiences for children. You will help implement developmentally appropriate activities in a structured setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with CDA/FCCPC required for full-time hire. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with comprehensive benefits and professional training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required for all applicants.
• For full-time positions, a CDA or FCCPC is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with developmentally appropriate activities to support children's development.
• Prepare children for screenings and exams (vision, hearing, dental, etc.).
• Maintain classroom portfolios and documentation for each child.
• Support IEPs/IFSPs implementation.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of classroom and playground.
