Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking an entry-level Head Start classroom aide to support daily activities and provide a safe, inclusive learning environment for young children. You will assist educators, help with meal service, and participate in routine health and safety checks.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate with families with limited English. A valid driver’s license and willingness to complete trainings are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in education and daily program of Head Start or Early Head Start classroom.
• Assist with implementation and coordination of Head Start functions.
• Support educational experiences to develop language and self-worth.
• Ensure safety in classroom, playground, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Assist with field trips, meals, and student health reporting.
• Attend trainings and maintain required certifications.
