Responsibilities

• Supervise master teachers, teachers, and aides; lead staff development.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate work; monitor annual budget.
• Coordinate home visits and community partnerships to ensure services for children and families.
• Ensure classroom curriculum is developmentally appropriate and compliant with standards.
• Recruit, enroll, and support families; ensure classroom ratios meet state/federal standards.
