Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a licensed childcare center or licensed home childcare.
• Knowledge of Head Start performance standards and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage center staff, consultants, contractors, and volunteers to ensure health and safety of children.
• Hire, train, and evaluate program personnel to support staff development and continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor records and confidentiality; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
