Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a flagship Upper West Side location in a high-volume setting. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will lead large teams, mentor staff, manage labor, and collaborate with culinary and events teams to ensure flawless execution, including private dining and large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Lead daily front-of-house operations in a very high-volume environment.
• Develop, mentor, and coach hourly team members and managers.
• Write and manage labor-efficient schedules.
• Monitor labor controls, staffing levels, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with culinary and events teams to ensure flawless execution.
