Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations in a very high-volume environment.
• Drive an exceptional guest experience and build a hospitality-driven culture.
• Develop, mentor, and coach hourly team members and managers.
• Write and manage labor-efficient schedules.
• Monitor labor controls, staffing levels, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with culinary and events teams for flawless execution.
• Support private dining, catering, and large-scale events.
• Uphold service standards, systems, and operational consistency.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain strong communication between FOH and BOH leadership teams.
