Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determines patient suitability for home or alternate-site care.
• Supervises, monitors, and evaluates quality and safety of pharmacy staff.
• Manages daily operations and communications.
• Leads pharmacy quality-management and patient-safety program.
• Ensures adherence to sterile compounding standards and training.
• Coordinates and participates in on-call responsibilities.
• Oversees pharmacy workflow, inventory, and equipment management.
