Qualifications

• Culinary degree or formal pastry certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Pastry Chef or Exec Pastry leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-volume catering.
• Experience managing pastry operations in a multi-outlet environment is a plus.
