Qualifications

• Experience managing pastry operations in a multi-outlet environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastry and bakery operations for all resort outlets, banquets, and events.
• Develop innovative dessert menus aligned with luxury positioning.
• Create seasonal pastry offerings and maintain quality standards.
• Manage labor, budgets, inventory, and cost controls for pastry.
