Pyramid Global Hospitality, Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, FL, seeks an Executive Pastry Chef to lead all pastry, bakery, dessert, and confectionery operations across the resort's dining venues and events.

Ideal candidate has 5–7 years of executive pastry leadership in luxury hotels or high-volume catering, with strong skills in menu development, cost control, and team leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth within a world-class resort.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of pastry arts, baking techniques, chocolate work, sugar work, and cake decorating.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Experience with luxury banquet and wedding desserts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Culinary Leadership: oversee pastry operations across all outlets and events.
• Production & Quality: manage production, quality, and inventory controls.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, and develop pastry team members.
• Financial Management: control labor and food costs, pricing strategies.
• Banquets & Special Events: design and execute wedding and gala desserts.
• Food Safety & Compliance: ensure HACCP and health regulation compliance.
