Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, events, restaurants, hotels, or banquet service.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Conduct pre-event team meetings to review timelines, assignments, service expectations, and event details.
• Ensure service areas meet presentation standards and maintain professional appearance.
• Coordinate service timing with culinary staff, bartenders, and event leadership.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies throughout events.
