For our client, we are seeking a Head of Workplace Solutions Group to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This leader will oversee workplace operations across a major headquarters and regional office footprint, ensuring the environment is reliable, efficient, and easy for employees to use. The role will shape the employee experience in partnership with HR, while driving workplace enhancements, facilities projects, and service standards that support the broader organization. This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for safety, security, budgets, vendor partnerships, and team development.

Location: San Jose, CA

Compensation: $230,000 – $402,000 annually

• Lead operations for the headquarters and regional offices to ensure reliability and ease of use.
• Shape the employee experience from onboarding through workplace amenities in close collaboration with HR.
• Develop and manage roadmaps for workplace enhancements and facilities projects.
