Your Impact

Join a small team building the next generation of Cyber Security products from the ground up. Led by industry veterans with a proven track record of success - you will get to architect, build, and deliver hugely impactful products with this world class team. You will have the opportunity to grow your career and skills along with the company from the very start.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Facility Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and overall safety of our physical environment. In this role, you’ll ensure our office, equipment, and workspace systems run smoothly, efficiently, and safely so our team can focus on doing their best work.

You'll partner directly across different teams, including People, Engineering, Marketing and Finance. From identifying areas of improvements to designing office areas to facilitate collaboration, you’ll act as the main point of contact for vendor management, emergency response, workplace services, and preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who loves to interact across different functions and enjoys hands‑on problem solving, ownership and the variability of work that comes from a fast growing startup environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end site operations, including security, access systems, shipping, janitorial, and daily office amenities
  • Maintain building safety programs and emergency response plans and coordinate required inspections, documentation, training, and corrective actions to support compliance with applicable requirements, including the company’s Workplace Violence Prevention Program and Illness and Injury Prevention Programs.
  • Own the landlord/building management relationship
  • Optimize workspace layouts and seat maps to accommodate changing team needs in a fast‑paced startup environment. Own longer‑term space/capacity planning as headcount grows — e.g., expansion planning, office moves, furniture/build‑outs
  • Co-create a vibrant workplace culture alongside the People team through event support, office space optimization, and seamless onboarding.
  • Lead vendor relationships and contractor work, managing quotes, service level agreements, and physical upgrades or repairs.
  • Build and scale hardware lab environments in direct partnership with Engineering and IT, managing power, ESD safety, and workbench infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth tech startup
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with People and cross-functional teams to deliver a high‑quality workplace experience, support events and onboarding, and optimize office space for a growing organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workplace projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
  • Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with external vendors, electrical/HVAC contractors, landlord representatives, and janitorial services.
  • Strong knowledge of building safety protocols, OSHA compliance, workplace security systems, and emergency response planning.
  • Hands‑on experience working alongside IT and Engineering teams to set up hardware labs, manage server racks, coordinate high‑density power requirements, and maintain ESD‑safe environments.
You'll Thrive Here If You...
  • Are a natural problem solver
  • Care deeply about work culture
  • Take pride in ownership
  • Are empathetic and approachable
  • Operate with high agency and sense of urgency
