Job summary

Faire in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Workplace to own our real estate and workplace strategy across offices in SF, Toronto, Waterloo, New York, and London. You’ll lead the Workplace and Security team, partner with Finance, People, IT, and Legal, and ensure spaces are safe, cost-conscious, and connected to our community of retailers and brands.

You’ll design and oversee portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, and capital plans while shaping hybrid work policies with data-driven decisions,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of workplace experience in a high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience with leases, vendors and facilities.
• Comfort with data and budgets and collaboration with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy including capacity planning, site selection, lease negotiations and renewals.
• Build business cases balancing employee experience, cost, and flexibility.
• Contribute to hybrid work policies using internal data and trends.
• Own daily facilities and workplace operations across all offices.
• Set service standards and KPIs with vendors; ensure safety and continuity.
