Munich Re Group is seeking a Head of Workplace Experience to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of workplace services and environments that empower employees to perform at their best. This role oversees facilities, hospitality, and technology, driving inclusive, high-performing spaces across locations.

The position emphasizes hybrid work, vendor management, and budget stewardship to align with business goals and ESG objectives.

Qualifications

• Education in business, facilities, HR, hospitality, or real estate with strong leadership potential.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in workplace experience, facilities or related disciplines.
• Experience leading multi-site or North America workplace programs.
• Proven success managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting hybrid and flexible workplace models.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace experience strategy supporting goals and employee needs.
• Lead workplace transformation initiatives including hybrid programs and office redesigns.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to align initiatives with talent, culture, and business strategies.
• Collaborate to develop standards, policies, and governance across locations.
• Create and enhance employee experiences and engagement initiatives.
• Measure feedback and drive continuous improvement; champion DEI and accessibility.
• Oversee facilities services, hospitality, and vendor management.
• Drive space planning, occupancy strategies, and budget oversight.
• Advance workplace technology adoption and digital experiences for all employees.
• Monitor KPIs, cost control, and ROI on workplace investments.
