Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a Director of Technology Implementations - Workflow to lead the collections workflow platform’s deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will bridge Product, Analytics, Data, Operations, Client Delivery, and Support to deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will own the implementation roadmap, guide product enhancements, and manage a team of implementation and support professionals, driving continuous improvement across onboarding and support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Healthcare Admin / CS / IS / Eng / Data Analytics).
• 7+ years in healthcare tech, software implementations, product management, or technical operations.
• 3+ years leading implementation, support, consulting, or product-focused teams.
• Experience as Product Owner, Solution Owner, Technical Lead, or Implementation Leader.

Responsibilities

• Own and advocate for the collections workflow platform.
• Lead implementation for new clients and expansions.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, stabilization.
• Ensure integration of client data and workflows into the platform.
• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and lead a team of implementation consultants and analysts.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards.
