Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a Director of Warehousing Operations to lead our North American distribution network, including 3PLs, internal warehousing, inventory controls, and cost optimization. This role will drive operational excellence, link with Finance and IT, and ensure service commitments are met.

Hybrid work arrangement in Westlake Village, CA with in-office three days per week, plus cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership to align strategy with growth objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• APICS, ASCM, CSCMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for warehouse and distribution operations across multi-site network.
• Lead network transformations, transitions, and capacity planning to improve service and cost.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and statements of work with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Own warehousing and distribution P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
• Establish inventory controls, reconciliation, and reporting; ensure SOX compliance.
