Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years leading managers and/or supervisors in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience overseeing multi-shift warehouse operations (day and evening).
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and returns.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee warehouse operations across day and evening shifts.
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives in warehouse operations.
• Develop, coach, and mentor management and supervisory teams.
