• Establishes and leads operational procedures for shipments and inventory.

• Manages staffing, training, and performance for employees.
• Reports employees' hours worked to Payroll weekly.
• Manages budget and P&L of the operation.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, maintenance, and security compliance.
