Ashley is seeking a Director of Visual Merchandising to steer our strategic initiatives across all showroom locations in Northern Virginia and Richmond. You will shape visual storytelling, lead a talented team, and ensure on-brand displays that enhance shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in visual merchandising at multi-store retailers.
• Strong strategic and creative vision with trend awareness.
• Proven ability to travel between locations in VA (Northern VA and Richmond).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cohesive visual merchandising strategies across all showrooms.
• Lead and mentor the visual merchandising team in Northern Virginia and Richmond.
• Analyze market trends and showroom data to optimize displays.
• Plan and execute floor sets and planograms with CAD layouts.
• Collaborate with store managers and stakeholders to align visual strategy.
• Visit showrooms regularly to provide hands-on training and ensure brand consistency.
