Job summary

• Prior internship or coursework in events, conferences, or program coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of ACP conferences and events.
• Assist with speaker coordination, scheduling, and materials preparation.
• Logistics support for pre-event shipments, RSVPs, and onsite materials.
• Contribute to post-event activities, feedback collection, and reporting.
