• 5+ leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy and financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continual improvement in location operations and guest experience.
• Partner with locations teams and leadership to implement best practices.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and adherence to financial goals and budgets.
• Lead menu development and operational enhancements with culinary partners.
• Manage payroll sign-off and ensure timely financial reporting.
