Newton Research is seeking a Principal, User Experience to own the design direction of the Newton platform. You will be the most senior design voice, collaborating with founders, product, engineering, and data science.

This hands-on role requires weekly prototyping in Figma and leadership in scaling the design function as the company grows. You will define “what good looks like” and build a team that delivers cohesive design across planning, buying, measurement, and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing digital products in complex B2B or enterprise SaaS.
