Job summary

Edra in New York and London is seeking a Founding Product Designer to shape the experiences our customers interact with daily. You’ll lead end-to-end design across the product, collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.

You’ll own design for key product areas, conduct user research, and craft wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces. You’ll contribute to the design system and partner with engineers to iterate after shipping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with end-to-end thinking.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work on open-ended problems.
• Strong ability to advocate for ideas while remaining open to feedback.
• Curiosity about how people use things and whether designs actually work.
• Familiarity with user research methods and frontend constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own design for key product areas, turning ambiguous problems into clear, elegant solutions.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and how people actually use what we build.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces to explore and validate ideas.
• Partner directly with engineers to bring your work to life—and iterate based on what you learn after shipping.
• Contribute to our design system and establish scalable patterns across the product.
