CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access Analytics to establish and lead the US Payer Analytics capability. The role partners with Strategic Market Access, Payer Channel Marketing and Market Access Accounts to translate payer data into strategic insights.

This senior leader will influence US Insights & Analytics strategy, drive analytics across payer ecosystems, and support access decisions for rare and specialty diseases.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, payer, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience in rare disease, specialty biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.

Mansioni

• Establish the long‑term vision, roadmap, and operating model for US Payer Analytics.
• Integrate market access insights with broader commercial priorities as a leadership team member.
• Develop scalable analytics, dashboards, and data infrastructure for payer decision making.
• Build KPI frameworks for market access performance.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to improve payer data assets.
• Provide analytics supporting market access strategy and opportunities/risk insights.
• Develop analytics at the payer account level (health plan, PBM, IDN, regional).
• Oversee and develop team members with objective setting and performance reviews.
• Stay current with industry benchmarks and best practices.
