Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Director, US Business Analytics to act as a strategic analytics advisor for the US Marketing Leadership Team, shaping portfolio, investment, and growth decisions through data-driven recommendations.

You will lead analytics for the HAE and Ig US portfolio, managing a team and partnering with the US VP Marketing to deliver market insights, performance dashboards, and data-supported recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years in Healthcare/Pharma consulting or analytics with stakeholder influence.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate data into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics priorities and operating plans to support commercial objectives.
• Lead US commercial analytics team for data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics approaches and data identification.
• Provide quantitative market and brand insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee complex cross-functional initiatives and offshore delivery.
• Develop dashboards and performance indicators to guide portfolio strategy.
