We are seeking a strategic and data‑driven Market Development Leader to join our global merchandising team and shape the future of our product assortment across a rapidly growing print‑on‑demand ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of e‑commerce, sourcing, and marketplace strategy, with a mandate to build a best‑in‑class catalog that meets the evolving needs of both SMB and Enterprise customers across key sales channels including Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and beyond.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in category management and vendor ecosystems, paired with a strong understanding of digital commerce trends and customer segmentation. They will be responsible for gathering and translating demand signals into actionable assortment strategies to eliminate priority demand gaps. They will work with sourcing and catalog operations partners to onboard new suppliers and high‑impact products that position assortment as a foundational engine of global growth.
This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring close collaboration with catalog operations, vendor management, product and sales teams to unlock growth through assortment excellence.
