Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in labor relations or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Labor Relations.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Outlook; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the labor relations function within the Energy Services division.
• Serve as Chief Negotiator for collective bargaining negotiations.
• Administer and interpret labor contracts, handle grievances/arbitrations.
• Develop program goals and objectives for the labor relations area.
• Provide guidance to management on interpretation of labor agreements.
