Job summary

Fifteen West is launching and scaling its US Permanent Engineering division in Life Sciences from Miami. You will own the desk, build strategic client relationships, and drive new business across the US market.

Lead recruitment, hire and mentor a growing team, partner with contract and delivery functions, and shape a long-term growth strategy leveraging existing accounts and global agreements.

Qualifications

• Requires a strong 360 recruitment background with leadership experience.
• Experience in Engineering recruitment is essential.
• Proven track record in business development and creating new revenue streams.
• Experience building or scaling a desk, market, or team is needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing Engineering Perm desk.
• Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
• Drive new business activity across the US market.
• Leverage existing global accounts and agreements.
