Discover International is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our in-office team at Brickell, Miami. This is a sales-oriented role with growth into full 360 recruitment as you support both clients and candidates through the interview process.

You will identify qualified Life Sciences candidates, manage interview cycles, and nurture relationships after placements, while leveraging our training programs and global database to drive success.
